ITEMS INCUDED IN THE SALE

Items that are included in a sale are

• Only the items that are pictured and
• Additional items, if included, will be listed as line items in the description with part numbers and/or detailed descriptions clearly noting their inclusion with the sale. 

TITLE

Title and Ownership shall not pass to the Purchaser until: 

1. Full payment has been received By New Legacy Assets and
2. Each Asset has been removed from New Legacy Assets’ premises in its entirety.

If New Legacy Assets is unable to establish contact with the Buyer within 7 days of the end of the Sale or if payment is not received within 14 days, the item(s) will be relisted at our discretion.

TAXES

As part of the sale, Purchaser shall remit to New Legacy Assets any and all Taxes. Taxes may include:

• Sales and use taxes
• Stamp taxes
• Value added taxes
• Property taxes
• Customs and import taxes
• Any other taxes or duties imposed by any taxing authority

Arizona Sales Tax applies to all purchases unless:

1. New Legacy Assets receives a copy of a Resale Certificate/Tax Exemption Certificate from Buyer or
2. Purchaser represents all of the following

          a) Purchaser is not a resident of Arizona and

          b) Goods will be shipped to a location outside the State of Arizona, for use outside the 

               State of Arizona and

         c) Purchaser will not take possession of goods inside the State of Arizona.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING EXPENSES.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

• Items less than 150lbs

Ground transportation through FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service.  

• Items greater than 150lbs

• Pallet and/or crating fees will apply.
• Freight shipping will be required.
• Home delivery or lift-gate requirement for delivery will add additional fees to the shipping cost.

DOMESTIC – ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING OPTIONS

Utilizing your own shipping account

• Email your account number and the type of shipping service.
• We will coordinate the pick up with your shipping company.
• Pallet and/or crating fees may apply. 
• Arrange your own transportation
• Pallet and/or crating fees may apply.
• Dimensions and weights will be provided.
• Coordinate with New Legacy Assets your pick-up date and time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Products are subject to export restrictions under U.S. Law

Additional fees that the Buyer is responsible for with International Shipments

• Duties and Taxes
• Other Import Fees
• Transportation from customs if held at customs office in destination country
• Check with your countries customs office to determine these additional fees.

Additional time will be required to process export classifications and, if necessary, export licensing.

All Sales are in USD (United States Dollars) and all payments are to be made in USD.

Payment is expected within 7 days of agreed upon price and is to include:

• Asset Sale Price
• Shipping Costs

And If applicable

• Sales Taxes
• Crating Costs
• Fees, Duties & Taxes associated with International Shipments.

Accepted Payment methods, in order of preference, are:

• PayPal
• Bank Wire Transfers in USD - $25 wire transfer fee applies
• Major Credit Cards

In the event you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, rest assured that it is our priority to correct the issue as quickly as possible.  If you decide you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund 100% of your purchase price.  To initiate the process all you need to do is contact us directly with the item number and the reason for your return and we will work with you to resolve your concerns. 

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable and Buyer is responsible for return item shipping costs.
